Welcome to the Obby Parkour Run: Escape Game game (the "Game"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Mods & Maps & Skins ("we", "us", or "our"), the developer of the Game. By downloading or using the Game from the Google Play Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Game.
Eligibility: You must comply with all applicable laws and Google Play policies to use the Game. The Game is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. If you are under 13, you are not permitted to use this Game.
License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your own entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not distribute, modify, resell, or reverse engineer any part of the Game except to the extent permitted by law.
Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to misuse the Game or use it for any unlawful purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to disrupt the Game's operation, cheating, using the Game to harass or harm others, or violating any applicable laws or regulations while using the Game.
The Game is supported by advertisements and integrates third-party services (such as Google Play Services, AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, Facebook, Tenjin, and AppMetrica) to provide features like in-game ads, analytics, and crash reporting. By using the Game, you acknowledge and accept that third-party services operate in the Game and that they have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control third-party content or services and are not responsible for any issues arising from them. If you interact with any third-party content (for example, by clicking an ad), you do so at your own risk and should review the third party's terms and privacy policy.
The Game may include or provide access to content such as mods, maps, or skins ("Third-Party Content") created by third-party developers or users. Such Third-Party Content is the property of its respective creators, and all trademarks or copyrights related to that content belong to their respective owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the creators of any Third-Party Content, and the inclusion of such content in the Game does not imply sponsorship or approval by the original creators.
Your use of any Third-Party Content is at your own risk. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of Third-Party Content. Any modifications or external content you download or use in connection with the Game are provided "as is" without any warranty from us, and we are not liable for any issues or damage that may arise from using them.
All intellectual property rights in and to the Game (including but not limited to the game's title, code, graphics, and design) are owned by or licensed to us. You are not granted any ownership rights by using the Game. You may not use our name, logo, or other trademarks without our prior written consent.
Any third-party trademarks, service marks, or content that appear in the Game are the property of their respective owners. The use of such third-party marks or content is for identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, about the reliability, accuracy, or suitability of the Game. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties regarding the Game, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
While we aim to ensure the Game is safe and free from errors, we do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we (or our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents) be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages—including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or device damage—arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Game, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Game is limited to the amount (if any) you paid to use the Game or $0 USD, whichever is greater, in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Game (or any part or feature of it) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Game after any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game, with or without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the Game. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will end immediately.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction. Your use of the Game may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
